Operate cutting machines safely and efficiently.
Check fabric, marker, lay, and cutting instructions before starting work.
Verify fabric shade, width, length, and quality as per requirements.
Follow approved marker and cutting specifications.
Ensure proper fabric laying and alignment before cutting.
Maintain accurate cutting according to patterns and measurements.
Check cut panels for accuracy, defects, and shade variation.
Maintain correct cutting quantity as per production plan.
Separate and bundle cut components according to size, style, color, and lot.
Attach proper bundle identification tickets.
Minimize fabric wastage during cutting.
Inform the Cutting Supervisor/Team Leader about fabric defects or cutting issues.
Maintain cutting machines, blades, tools, and work areas properly.
Report machine breakdowns or abnormal conditions to the Maintenance Team.
Follow 5S, housekeeping, safety, and PPE requirements.
Follow company quality and production procedures.
Support the Cutting Team Leader and other cutting activities when required
