Job Responsibilities
Conduct regular follow-ups with brands regarding ongoing requirements, deliverables, and project updates.
Coordinate with senior stakeholders and communicate relevant updates to respective brands in a timely manner.
Follow up with managers and channel partners to ensure timely closure of pending tasks and action items.
Build and maintain robust relationships with brands through proactive communication and excellent stakeholder management.
Represent the organization professionally during customer-facing interactions at clubhouses and residential societies.
Address customer queries and ensure a seamless brand experience during on-ground activities.
Maintain accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and project status.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns and activities.
Prepare regular status reports and highlight any issues requiring escalation.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid relationship management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.
