Position - Delivery Manager – Utilities Practice

Location - Current Delhi, India

Certifications - PMP / Prince2 / SAFe / ITIL (preferred)

Experience - 12–14 Years

Education - B.Tech – Electrical Engineering; MBA (Tier-1 preferred)

Looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Program Director with solid Utilities & Power sector experience to manage large-scale, complex transformation programs.

Must Have:
End-to-end delivery of large, multi-year utility programs
Strong Program/Delivery Management, governance, risk, budget and resource management
Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior CXO stakeholders
Robust understanding of Power & Utilities – Generation, T&D;, DISCOM/GENCO/TRANSCO
Exposure to Renewable Energy, Solar, Wind, BESS, Green Hydrogen and Energy Transition
Knowledge of Indian electricity markets, PPA, CERC/SERC and regulatory frameworks




Experience with SCADA, EMS/DMS, ADMS, GIS, Smart Metering/AMI and Grid Modernization
Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, Cloud (Azure/AWS/Oracle) and digital transformation
Strong commercial/financial management , including revenue, margins, billing and forecasting
Excellent client management, stakeholder management and business development skills
India Market Experience
Digital supply chain experience which includes work in Supply chain planning, digital supply chain transformation, demand planning, S&OP;, analytical mindset
Software: Blue Yonder/o9 Solutions/Kinaxis
Big 4s or equivalent
Industry – Resources (CNR/Metals & Mining/Manufacturing)

Mandatory MBA (Preferably Tier only) – 2019 (post grad year)
