Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, scope, and lead complex technical assessments including Purple Team engagements and other security testing initiatives.
Perform targeted offensive security assessments with a focus on improving detection and telemetry capabilities.
Collaborate with Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, and Security Engineering teams to enhance security outcomes.
Identify and develop recent capabilities to improve adversary simulation programs and overall security maturity.
Support and mentor internal teams on secure architecture, detection logic, and adversary behavior analysis.
Execute advanced adversary techniques, tactics, and procedures across all phases of the cyber kill chain.
Build and conduct adversary emulation exercises based on frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK; and custom threat models.
Prepare comprehensive security assessment reports and present complex technical findings in a transparent manner.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address evolving cybersecurity challenges.




Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and offensive security techniques.
Mentor and guide junior security professionals within the team.

Skills Required:
Strong experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence and Threat Analysis.
Hands-on experience in Red Teaming and Offensive Security assessments.
Knowledge of Threat Hunting and Threat Detection methodologies.
Experience working with threat intelligence platforms and security monitoring tools such as Splunk.
Strong understanding of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK; and the Cyber Kill Chain.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash Shell, and PowerShell.
Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ is an added advantage.
Experience in adversary simulation, threat modeling, and detection engineering.
Familiarity with Agile environments and security operations workflows.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, GXPN, CRTO, or similar certifications are preferred.
