Role Overview

As a Customer Success Intern, you will work with Growbro customers and help them successfully onboard and use the platform.

Responsibilities
Assist in customer onboarding
Understand customer requirements
Help customers understand product features
Coordinate with technical/product teams when required
Follow up with current customers
Track customer onboarding status
Collect customer feedback
Identify customer issues and escalate them
Maintain customer information in CRM
Help improve customer retention
Prepare customer success reports

Ideal Candidate
BBA student / graduate
Excellent communication skills
Patient and customer-focused
Positive problem-solving ability
Comfortable communicating on calls and WhatsApp
Organized and responsible
Interested in SaaS/startups

What You'll Learn Customer relationship management, SaaS onboarding, retention, product understanding and customer communication.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
