Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing programs from launch stage to SOP.
Handle part development as per customer requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Production, and Quality teams for current product development.
Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, and material selection.
Ensure designs comply with manufacturing feasibility, technical specifications, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and other relevant engineering documents.
Develop prototypes and coordinate prototype/sample development.
Responsible for the development and trials of tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Coordinate between the production shop and engineering team for smooth product development.
Monitor prototype/sample development and resolve technical issues during trials.
Ensure critical parts undergo re-inspection before dispatch.
Support continuous improvement and identify prospects to improve product quality, manufacturability, and development timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
