Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to manage day-to-day data entry tasks, maintain records, and assist with basic accounting/administrative work at our office in Bagnan, Howrah. The candidate must be comfortable working with Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and general office software.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry &
Processing:

Accurately enter numerical, financial, and textual data into Tally ERP, MS Excel, and internal software systems.
Financial &
Accounting Tasks:

Record daily income, expenses, vouchers, and bills using Tally ERP.
Spreadsheet Management: Prepare, update, and organize daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel (using basic formulas, VLOOKUP, and data filtering).
Data Verification: Check source documents for errors or discrepancies and correct inaccurate records to ensure 100% data integrity.
Documentation &
Filing:

Maintain digital and physical file archives for quick retrieval of records.




General Office Support: Assist the operational/accounting team with administrative tasks, scanning, and printing documents as required.

Requirements &
Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.A / B.Sc / BBA preferred).
Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
Typing Speed: Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and time-management skills.
