Job Title: Data Entry & PO Verification Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & PO Verification Executive to handle purchase order (PO) data entry, verification, and documentation. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally and positive proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Enter purchase order and related data accurately into the system.
Verify all entered PO details against source documents.
Check item descriptions, quantities, prices, vendor details, dates, and other relevant information.
Identify and correct data-entry errors and discrepancies.
Cross-check PO details with invoices and other supporting documents.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with the procurement/accounts team to clarify missing or incorrect information.
Perform regular data verification and quality checks.
Assist with basic data-entry and documentation activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
0–1 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations,



procurement support, or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of Tally is required.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in data.
Basic understanding of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with ERP or accounting software.
Basic understanding of accounting and purchase processes.
Knowledge of Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.

Key Performance Indicators
Accuracy of PO and data entry.
Timely completion of PO verification.
Number of errors identified and corrected.
Accuracy and completeness of records.
Proper maintenance of supporting documents.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
