Role Overview

We are looking for a Content & Brand Strategist to develop and manage the organization’s content strategy, brand positioning, storytelling and content placement across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop content and brand strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives.
Create content themes, campaigns, storytelling frameworks and content calendars.
Decide the right content, format and platform for different objectives.
Develop NGO/social-impact stories around beneficiaries, initiatives and impact.
Provide creative briefs and direction to designers and video editors.
Guide content for Reels, videos, carousels, websites, brochures, presentations and campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and other platforms.
Review content and creatives before publishing.
Work closely with Social Media, Digital Marketing, Design and Video teams.




Track basic content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Content Strategy, Brand Communications, Content Marketing or related fields.
Strong storytelling, communication and brand positioning skills.
Positive understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
Robust creative, research and ideation skills.
Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content.
Experience working with designers, video editors and marketing teams.
NGO, CSR or social-impact experience will be an advantage.
