Customer Relationship Executive Key Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth communication.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer status.
Maintain qualified communication and represent the company positively during customer interactions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
