Any Graduation/MBA/Post Graduation Degree
Experience Range Required to man the position

Job Summary
Specific Accountabilities
Design and develop engaging ILT modules for different life insurance training programs, incorporating adult learning principles and instructional design's best practices.
Create visually appealing single pagers
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan and execute video shoots
Edit video footage using video editing software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and training, to understand content requirements and deliver high-quality content.
Ensure all content meets the company's quality, branding, and compliance standards
Skills Required
Proven abilities in researching, adopting an introducing current training techniques, aids and technologies to manage change.
Experience in creating ILT content
Plan & execute video shoot & video editing
Ability to build uniformity & standardization in content.
