8+ years' experience in D365 senior Production (MFG) Functional consulting area (AX2009 or AX2012 and Dynamics365FO)
Should have experience in working large rollout projects.
Should be able to lead/drive analysis & design workshop with business.
Should have knowledge on core finance modules.
Should have working experience in planning module.
Knowledgeable in Inventory & Costing
Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating Production processes and recommending improvements.
Worked closely with business and technical users to implement key solutions.
Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization.
Should be able to lead/manage offshore Finance Functional Consultants
Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery workshops with users and stakeholders.
Worked on all the phases of a typical implementation, incl requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, Go Live and Support.
Prepare detailed documentation (FDD, Fit Gap, Training Guides etc.)
Positive communication Skills
Ready to work from Customer location
Polish Language is mandatory
