About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented mainly Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and other support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications for various non-IT roles.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define selection processes and ensure timely closures.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer rollout.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Handle salary negotiations and offer management within defined company policies.
Stay updated with market trends and talent availability for non-technical domains.





Required Skills & Competencies:
Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Attention to detail and data accuracy in recruitment reporting.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and market trends.

Educational Qualification:
PG degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Preferably more than 5 years
