Plan and execute marketplace ads, promotions, deals & campaigns to drive sales and ROI.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch & replenishment.
Handle order management, returns, refunds & resolve marketplace escalations.
Track and analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates & provide actionable reports.
Stay updated on marketplace policy changes, algorithm updates & competitor activities.
Coordinate with design team for A+ content, listing images & brand store optimization.
Manage marketplace account health, seller ratings & ensure compliance with platform policies.
