The Role

As Associate – Finance & Accounts, you will help manage accounting and finance operations across ARL and Growize Farms. This is a hands-on role covering accounting, reconciliations, compliance, project/investor accounting, MIS and audit support.

What You'll Own
Maintain accurate books, ledgers, invoices, AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
Support monthly/year-end closing and financial reporting.
Manage GST, TDS and other applicable statutory finance compliances.
Track and reconcile Growize investor collections, payments, refunds and project/LLP transactions.
Support project-wise accounting, cash-flow tracking, budgets and MIS.




Prepare audit schedules and support statutory audits, due diligence and fundraising requirements.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and internal teams.
Help improve finance processes, documentation and internal controls.

What We're Looking For
CMA / CA Inter preferred, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Solid accounting, reconciliation, GST/TDS and financial-reporting fundamentals.
Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software; Zoho Books and Tally experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, ownership and follow-through.
Ability to work across multiple projects/entities in a fast-moving startup environment.

Good to have: Startup, project/LLP accounting, audit, due-diligence or AgTech experience.
