About OmniKair At OmniKair.ai, we solve a fundamental problem for business owners: stopping the phone from constantly ringing with repetitive questions and capturing every missed customer call after hours. We are looking for a Field Growth Associate who can walk into a business, evaluate operational friction in under two minutes, and activate a solution on the spot.

Key Responsibilities
Execute the Field Motion: Conduct local territory walks across target corridors (dental, vet, home services, clinics) to perform fast operational audits.
- Live Product Demonstrations: Run live missed-call demos directly on prospects' numbers to highlight immediate value.
- Drive Activations: Onboard local businesses, helping them set up AI-driven phone/WhatsApp workflows in a single visit.
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Pipeline: Handle a balanced 40% company-supplied lead flow and 60% self-generated territory pipeline.
- Build Referral Density: Develop relationships with local business owners, trade associations,



and chambers of commerce to build density in vertical markets.
- Advocacy Loop: Conduct 30-day value reviews with active accounts to capture reviews, testimonials, and vertical referrals.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 0–2 years of experience with solid entrepreneurial drive; recent graduates hungry to learn company-building from the ground up are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Exceptional situational awareness, fast business diagnostic skills, and high resilience.
- Communication: Explicit, confident communicator in English; fluency in Spanish (for NA territories) or local languages like Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil (for Bharat territories) is a robust plus.
- Territory Ownership: Ability to treat a assigned corridor or market as your own business unit.
