Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement of medicines, surgical items, and consumables for OP & IP pharmacy.
Vendor management: sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
Coordinate with clinical and pharmacy teams to understand requirements and forecast demand.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy or related healthcare discipline.
Experience in procurement within hospital or healthcare industry.
Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, vendor networks, and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace with attention to detail.
