Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquiring Recent Franchisees & Business development via these partners
Responsible for Revenue & growth of the franchisees
Conduct prospects meetings for franchisee sales
Support franchisee for Business development, current client account opening & cross-selling of all Products
Ensure smooth onboarding, training and support to new franchisees
Handle operational co-ordination, Compliance & issue resolution
Ensure adherence to all the regulatory & organization policies.

Personnel Specification* Education - Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience - 3 - 5 years experience in financial services, broking or BFSI.
