10+ years of experience in Retail domain with robust understanding of retail operations.
Hands-on ERP knowledge.
Robust Data Engineering expertise with proficiency in Databricks, Spark, and SQL.
Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration best practices.
Proven leadership experience managing offshore DevOps and L3 support teams.
Experience working with Product Managers to deliver integrated solutions.
Agile/Scrum knowledge with practical experience in sprint planning and execution.
