Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete EDP/IT function of the organization.
Oversee MIS, reporting, data management and system operations.
Ensure smooth functioning of computers, servers, networks and IT infrastructure.
Manage DMS/ERP and other business applications.
Monitor data security, user access and backup systems.
Generate and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making.
Coordinate with different departments for system and data requirements.
Lead and train the EDP/IT team.
Maintain IT infrastructure inventory and ensure timely upgrades/maintenance.
Develop and implement IT policies and data-security procedures.
Troubleshoot system/network issues and coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management.

Required Skills
Solid MIS and advanced Excel knowledge.
ERP/DMS knowledge.
Networking and IT infrastructure understanding.
Data management and reporting.
System troubleshooting.
Team management and leadership.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
