Role & responsibilities
You will handle end-to-end accounting activities in Tally, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, debit/credit notes and cash transactions.
You will manage and review GST, TDS/TCS, PF & ESIC-related data, while coordinating with the CA office for finalization and audit requirements.
The role offers exposure to customer account management, including payment follow-ups, account summaries, interest calculations and maintaining customer-related documentation.
You will also handle sales reports, invoices, MOU documentation and monthly stock reports, including data management through the SDM Portal.
For import/export-related activities, you may work on import waybills and LC discounting documentation, giving you practical exposure to trade finance processes.
It is a responsibility-driven role where solid communication, Excel skills, customer coordination and the ability to independently manage accounting requirements will be significant.
