Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, build engaging content, and support the brand’s overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Create visually engaging creatives and presentations using Canva.
Write clear, engaging, and brand-relevant copy for social media and digital platforms.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including publishing, engagement, and community management.
Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and performance monitoring.
Track social media and campaign performance and use insights to improve content and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Requirements




Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
Positive proficiency in Canva and creative content design.
Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Basic to good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop fresh content ideas and turn them into engaging social media content.
Valuable understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and digital marketing.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role will be preferred.

Someone who is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of social media and digital marketing activities from idea to execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
