Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, financial knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse financial statements, revenue, costs, margins, and business performance.
Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain MIS and management reports.
Conduct financial and business performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Support FP&A;, corporate finance, valuation, and strategic planning activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Analyse key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
Perform DCF, comparable-company and financial ratio analysis where required.
Assist with investment, business, and project evaluation.




Work with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data.
Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of accounting and corporate finance.
Financial modelling and analytical skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of financial statements and financial ratios.
Solid numerical and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or Python can be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
