Roles & Responsibilities:
Implementation of 52 week PPM calendar for all machines and equipments.
AMC management with OEM's and external vendors.
Upkeep and maintenance of earthing system.
Ensuring DG/UPS back up.
Ensure compliances related to all technical equipments as per quality/ISO and pollution control board requirements
Training of technical staff.
Ensuring Energy saving and conservation measures.
Tracking and monitoring energy, water, fuel consumptions and its analysis.
Ensure seamless operations for all equipments and machinery through service partner team.
Liasoning with power supply/grid agency like MSEDCL or any other state or private power supplier during power outages/shutdowns.
Ensure un-interuppted power supply from power from main grid.
Ensure documentation related to audit requirement related to Quality, EHS and OHSAS. Maintaining records of all equipment and machine logs and history cards.
Maintaining all documents and proejcts handing/taking over documents.
