Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Diploma freshers, based in Palwal. The role typically involves operating or assisting with machinery and production equipment, following standard operating procedures, and supporting daily manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities may include basic machine operation, routine checks, handling materials, and maintaining organized workstations to meet production targets and quality standards. The role also requires adherence to safety guidelines,



documentation of work as instructed, and coordination with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production flow. Training and guidance will be provided to help recent diploma holders understand plant processes and develop their technical skills.

Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Production, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial safety practices, and shop-floor discipline.
Ability to follow instructions, read basic technical documents or drawings, and perform routine equipment checks.
Willingness to work in shifts, adapt to different production tasks, and maintain punctuality and reliability.
Strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and readiness to learn new skills under guidance.
Effective teamwork, communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude toward workplace responsibilities.
Prior internship or vocational training in an industrial or manufacturing setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
