Position: Finishing Engineer

Department: Construction / Projects

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all finishing works at the project site.
Monitor flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, and joinery works.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and other site teams.
Check material quality and workmanship before execution.
Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Maintain quality, safety, and proper site documentation.
Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of defects before handover.
Prepare progress reports and coordinate for final finishing and handover activities.

Required Skills
Knowledge of construction finishing works and materials.
Ability to read drawings and specifications.
Positive coordination and site-management skills.
Knowledge of quality control and construction safety.
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
