Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers and explain gold loan schemes/process.
Assess gold purity and conduct accurate valuation.
Manage gold packing, storage, release, and loan closure.
Handle cash transactions for disbursal, interest collection & closure.
Update CUID/LOS and maintain branch records & registers.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance.
Follow up with customers for timely payments.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
