Full ownership of manufacturing operations from SMT through Finished Goods — SMT/PCBA, backend assembly, firmware loading, testing, product integration, FATP & final packing .
Maintain production, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
Required Candidate profile
Min 11 years exp in running full EMS/SMT-PCBA manufacturing floor end-to-end .
Must be equally comfortable on the shop floor with IPC standards as in managing teams & KPIs.
Ready to work in Kochi
