Position: HR Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Handle client relationships, understand manpower requirements, and maintain regular communication with clients.
Manage payroll processing, attendance, salary-related activities, and employee records.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Develop recent business opportunities and generate recent clients/business leads.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for business expansion.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, recruitment trackers, and other required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable HR processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
