Role: HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, offers, and joining formalities.
Support onboarding and other HR activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
