Location: Noida Department: Human Resources Experience: 06–4 Years Employment Type: Full time Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and Sales profiles . Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, selection, and joining formalities. Maintain daily recruitment MIS and ensure timely closures. Achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements 06–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably BFSI/Sales hiring . Solid sourcing and candidate-handling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with robust follow-up ability. Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
