We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Project Coordinator to lead our software development projects. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams while delivering high-quality web and mobile solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to delivery
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
Set clear timelines, milestones, and project goals
Coordinate with developers & designers
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Handle client communication and build solid relationships
Identify bottlenecks and resolve project challenges efficiently
Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed
Conduct regular updates, sprint meetings, and project reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 2.5 years of experience in IT Project Management
Proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects
Strong ability to lead teams and drive project ownership
Valuable understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum practices
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Experience in handling cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
