IT Support / Administrator

Location: Kochi, Kerala | Experience: 2–5 Years | Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support / Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, email, and system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, user accounts, and access permissions.
Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking issues.
Maintain IT assets, software licenses, backups, and system documentation.
Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset allocation.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.




Ensure basic IT security, antivirus, updates, and data protection.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT Support/System Administration.
Positive knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

AEC/BIM software knowledge is an added advantage. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
