We are looking for a Support Content who can architect, lead, and scale high-impact training and quality content aligned with QP-NOS frameworks, Sector Skill Councils (SSC), and government standards.

This role is not just about content creation it is about building systems, frameworks, and scalable learning ecosystems that support large-scale skilling and workforce transformation initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

Development & Quality Oversight
Translate program requirements (from QPs, SSCs, and government mandates) into structured content development

plans.
Establish frameworks and templates that ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.
Lead creation of Participant Handbooks, Faculty Guides, PPTs, assessments, and training aids.
Review and refine content for accuracy, accessibility, and learner engagement.
Ensure every output meets quality benchmarks and client/SSC guidelines.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and instructional designers
Build a high-performance content ecosystem
Drive capability building and continuous skill enhancement

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with subject matter experts,



research heads, and government/industry stakeholders.
Ensure content accuracy, contextual alignment, and adherence to sectoral standards.

Build a centralized content repository

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification
Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field

Experience
6+ years in content development
Solid exposure to QP-NOS / SSC ecosystem (MANDATORY)
