Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business conferences.

Required Skills • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Robust knowledge of IT services, software development, and digital solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn,



Upwork, Freelancer, email marketing, and other platforms.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong understanding of the sales process and business development strategies.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
Knowledge of software development technologies and IT consulting services.
Experience in preparing proposals, RFPs, and project estimations.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to identify recent market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Educational

Qualification  Bachelor's Degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or a related file Relevant certifications in Sales, Business Development, CRM, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
