The Immigration Tele-Sales Counselor will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients about study and tourist visa options, assessing their eligibility, and converting leads into successful admissions or visa applications. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and in-depth knowledge of visa processes for major countries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls and explain study & tourist visa services.
Assess client eligibility and provide accurate visa guidance.
Manage leads, follow up regularly, and achieve sales targets.
Assist clients with documentation and application preparation.
Maintain client records in CRM and provide ongoing support.
Stay updated on visa rules and country-specific requirements.
