Roles and Responsibilities
Document common issues and prepare FAQs & articles, simple how-to guides, and user instructions.
Log and track issues reported by clients or students and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Escalate unresolved or technical issues to the internal product (SaaS-based) /technical team.
Assist internal teams in testing current features or bug fixes.
Accurately capture, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring zero gaps or mismatches in understanding.
Provide clients with appropriate and effective solutions tailored to their needs.
Ensure timely implementation by proactively coordinating and following up with both the technical team and clients.
Verify and validate product functionalities to ensure they work as expected before delivery to the client.
Conduct basic training sessions(virtual/In-person) for clients and student groups to ensure smooth usage of the application.




Prepare and maintain training schedules to ensure smooth execution of client sessions.
The assigned work location for this role shall be the clients premises

Candidate Profile Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, SaaS product support, or a related field.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, client-facing setting.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to be deployed at the client location in Maharashtra/Nasik.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with SaaS platforms
Good knowledge of MS Office / documentation tools
Experience in client handling / training / implementation roles
