Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) cum Sales Coordinator

Location: Mohali, CP-67

Experience: 23 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer walk-ins and provide excellent guest experience.
Attend to customer queries, explain project details and coordinate site visits.
Support the sales team in lead follow-up and conversion.
Maintain customer and lead records and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with sales executives, telecalling and other departments.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and customer interaction reports.
Ensure smooth coordination during customer visits and meetings.

Skills Required:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or customer service will be preferred.
