About The Role

We are a boutique consulting firm looking for an exceptional professional to join our growing team as Manager - FP&A; and Deal Advisory Support.

Essential Qualifications
CA qualification is mandatory. CFA and/or MBA preferred.
Hands-on experience in building and reviewing complex Excel models in at least one of the following areas: FP&A;, Quality of Earnings (QoE), Due Diligence, Valuation, or Business Finance.
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
Involvement in at least one M&A;, fund-raising, or strategic transaction.
Experience in contract review and commercial agreement analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence.
Robust commercial acumen and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses create value.
Deeply analytical and committed to high-quality execution.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments under tight timelines.

with the ability to work across a broad range of business, finance, and transaction-related engagements.

Nice To Have
Direct experience interfacing with senior management teams, founders, boards, investors, or overseas stakeholders.
CFA qualification and/or MBA.
