Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various levels.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the respective hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




Ensure positions are closed within the defined TAT.
Maintain proper recruitment documentation and database records.

Preferred candidate profile
12 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
Target-oriented, organized, and proactive approach.
