Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with teams for manpower requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Implement HR policies and ensure smooth HR operations.

Business Development
Generate and convert leads into paying clients.
Present MYFINTAX's services professionally to prospective clients.
Handle follow-ups,



negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Contribute towards revenue growth and business expansion.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Ability to manage HR and business development responsibilities independently.
Experience in Finance, Taxation, Legal, CA Firms, or Business Consulting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
