What You’ll Do (The Operational Engine)
High-Volume Partnering
Act as the dedicated HRBP for Sales, Customer Service, and Retention teams in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Attrition & Retention Command
Deep-dive into attrition data and implement laser-focused retention strategies to keep top performers motivated and engaged.
Performance & Incentives
Partner with HODs on KPIs, CSAT scores, and sales targets; ensure performance-linked incentives drive the right behaviors.
Employee Relations & Grievances
Manage large-scale employee relations with empathy and fairness; maintain a healthy, skilled, and abuse-free work culture.
Culture on the Floor




Design and drive engagement activities that resonate with a large frontline workforce – from traditional Shaadi welcomes to floor-wide celebrations.
Roster & Compliance
Support leaders in managing shift rotations and ensuring all operational HR compliance standards are met.

What You’ll Bring (The Operations Expert)
Experience: 4–10 years of HRBP experience, specifically in BPO, KPO, or high-volume sales environments.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of calling center dynamics – volume, shifts, and high-energy sales teams.
Education: MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
Mindset: Bias for action; proactive, floor-present, and accessible to the team.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify root causes of morale or productivity issues and solve them independently.
