We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our HR team, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition for Sales and Retail operations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Gold / Jewellery Retail and should have a valuable understanding of hiring for retail sales and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Retail positions.
Manage hiring requirements for Sales Executives, Product Managers and Store Managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, follow-ups and offer discussions.
Maintain an active pipeline of suitable candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per recruitment targets.




Handle pre-joining and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS.
Build a robust talent pool of experienced professionals from the Gold & Jewellery Retail industry.
Support other HR activities as and when required.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold / Jewellery Retail.
Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment is preferred.
Experience in hiring retail sales and store-level positions will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Valuable negotiation and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and recruitment portals.
Candidates who can work across Velachery and Thoraipakkam locations are preferred.
