We are looking for B2B Tele-Collection Executives to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Model: Work from Office

Shift: 9-hour shift

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; maximum 30 days

Salary: ₹18,000–₹21,000 per month in-hand + incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Handle B2B/corporate collection calls and follow-ups.
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Negotiate payment plans and drive timely collections.
Resolve payment-related queries and disputes.
Maintain collection records and update MIS.
Work towards daily/monthly collection and call targets.

What We’re Looking For:




Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable handling collection targets and customer conversations.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Office.
Candidates comfortable working from the Andheri office.

Interview Process: 2 rounds of physical interviews at the Andheri office. Joining: Immediate to 30 days.
