Terrasparq is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.

Shift: Night Shift (US Timing)

Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 per month

Eligibility: Excellent Writing & Verbal Communication Skills, Good Knowledge of BPO, Good Knowledge of Computer

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and skilled manner.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and skilled attitude toward customers at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.




Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
Robust phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
