Job Summary

Dr. Bhanushali Hospital, Thane is looking for a full time Account Executive. The Hospital is walking distance from Thane station.

The candidate should be well versed with computer using Tally ERP 9, MS-Office, Internet and should be a commerce graduate. The candidate should have prior experience as an accountant.

Need a candidate who is enthusiastic and passionate about work.

Should have a willingness to learn and multitask

Responsibilities and Duties

Finance
Expertise in Tally, Advanced Excel
TDS, PF, Salary processing,
Preparing Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheet
Manage day to day accounts, vendor bill preparations and payments, taxation and banking activities
Payment, Receipt, Vouchers Entries
Release Statutory payment i.e. Profession Tax, ESIC, Provident Fund,TDS & reconciliation.




Petty Cash handling and Record preparation
Issue of TDS Certificates on quarterly basis. Month end processing, includingposting of depreciation journals. To liaise with banks for funds transfer,collections, reconciliation

Administration:
Maintaining details of the requirement of Stationery for Office, Petty cash.
Maintain stock
Office filling related work

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
