We are hiring an experienced Indirect Taxation Lead to oversee end-to-end GST, Customs, and International Trade compliance, advisory, and litigation for a premier corporate entity.
Key Responsibilities:
GST &
Customs Management:
Oversee GST return filings, tax calculations, customs clearance, and dispute adjudications.
Litigation &
Authority Interface:
Manage all-India litigation, draft appeals, appear before quasi-judicial authorities, and brief senior counsels.
DGFT &
Strategy:
Coordinate with DGFT authorities to maximize trade perks across divisions; partner with ISCM/Commercial teams for optimal transaction structuring.
Compliance &
Audits:
Lead statutory audits, resolve tax disputes, and embed continuous process improvements.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of 67 indirect tax specialists.
