Manage day-to-day HR Operations and Administration
Handle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition activities
Support IT & Non-IT recruitment
Assist in Payroll processing, PF, ESI and Gratuity
Manage Statutory Compliance and Labour Law requirements
Maintain HR records and documentation
Coordinate with employees and management
Independently handle assigned HR activities
