Key Responsibilities - Design and develop robust front-end interfaces using React JS or React Native
Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using Java, Python, PHP, .Net, or Node.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship current features
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the full stack
Optimize applications for speed and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug production issues across services and tech stacks
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Ensure responsiveness of applications and a seamless user experience Mandatory Skills & Experience - Minimum 6+ years of full stack development experience Front-End:
React JS or React Native – 4+ years of hands-on experience Back-End (any one):
Java, Python, PHP, .Net, or Node.js – 4+ years of experience
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
Valuable grasp of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
