Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer, documentation, BGV, and joining formalities.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements - 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of job portals and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
